Prior to founding Aurika Homes, he Co-founded ATS HomeKraft which was a JV for mid income housing development between HDFC Capital/ATS Group and himself. Under his leadership Homekraft had projects under execution > 10 million sq. ft. (Sale value of INR 5000cr +) and sold more than 1900+ apartments within a short span of time. He holds an MBA degree from IMT, Ghaziabad with short term program at London Business School.
